Initially engaged on a limited-scope, to assist in acquiring companies.  The principals at CRI helped client successfully source, carve-out, negotiate and close an acquisition of a competitor from a Fortune 500 corporation. 


As a result of the work performed and the need for greater oversight around integration and forward-looking strategy, CRI now operates as the internal strategy and corporate development office.
