As President and co-founder Anton has more than 17 years of experience working closely with entrepreneurial, family owned and start-up companies on matters related to executive management, mergers & acquisitions, financial and investment banking. His operational responsibilities have included sales, marketing, human resources, IT, corporate development and executive oversight. His functions within companies have included chief information officer, chief technology officer and chief revenue officer. Anton gained extensive transaction experience related to mergers and acquisitions working closely with one of the Midwest's most successful M&A advisory firms.

Anton is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a B.A in International Business and a B.A in Spanish
